21st March is to be the 1st ‘Community Clear Up Day’. If anyone would like to help, we will be on the recreation ground from approx 10am clearing some of the fly-tipping in the play area and the branches blown down in the last high winds by the garages. Just bring suitable tools, wear sensible clothing, accompany your children & we’ll provide encouragement, tea & biscuits! https://www.gov.uk/government/news/call-to-arms-for-community-clear-up-to-mark-the-start-of-spring–2
The children’s film suggested for our new venture is ‘The Box Trolls’, so we are looking forward to seeing lots of you on the 22nd March! Don’t forget to bring a cushion for your children to sit on.
